EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain heal from distressing or traumatic experiences.
Using bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements or tapping), EMDR allows the brain to reprocess memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. Instead of reliving the intensity of past experiences, you can begin to feel more calm, clear, and in control. Research shows that 65-86% of individuals with PTSD no longer meet criteria for PTSD after completing EMDR therapy, making it a highly effective treatment for trauma. |
EMDR IntensivesEMDR intensives are an accelerated therapy option for those who want to make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time.
These extended sessions allow for deeper, more focused work without the interruptions of weekly therapy. This format is ideal if you:

IFS (Internal Family Systems) TherapyDo you ever feel like different parts of you are pulling you in opposite directions? Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, parts-based therapy approach that helps you better understand the different parts of yourself, including the ones that protect you, hold painful experiences, or contribute to patterns that feel difficult to change. Rather than judging or trying to get rid of these parts, IFS helps you develop greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and self-compassion. This approach can be especially helpful for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and the lasting effects of growing up in a dysfunctional or emotionally unsafe family.

Attachment-Based TherapyThe relationships and experiences we have growing up can shape how we connect with others, navigate conflict, and experience emotional safety throughout adulthood. Attachment-based therapy helps you understand how early relationships and attachment patterns may influence your current relationships, boundaries, communication, and sense of self. Together, we can explore patterns such as people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, emotional distancing, codependency, and difficulty trusting others while building healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people you care about.

ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) Therapy for OCDStruggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or the constant need for reassurance?
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based therapy approach designed to help individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) change their relationship with anxiety and break the cycle of obsessions and compulsions. Through gradual, supported exposure exercises, you'll learn to tolerate uncertainty, reduce compulsive responses, and build confidence in your ability to navigate distress without relying on rituals or avoidance. |
Neurodivergent-Affirming TherapyNavigating life as a neurodivergent individual can come with unique challenges, especially when the world doesn't always understand the way you think, communicate, or experience life. Therapy can provide a supportive space to explore your experiences, better understand your needs, and develop strategies that work with your brain rather than against it. Whether you're navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, masking, relationships, life transitions, or burnout, our goal is to help you feel understood, build self-acceptance, and create a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

Through mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based strategies, ACT can help you navigate anxiety, manage emotional distress, increase psychological flexibility, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
