Trauma Therapy for Teens & Adults

Trauma can impact the way you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others, often long after the experiences themselves have passed. Many of the clients I work with grew up in chaotic, emotionally overwhelming, or dysfunctional environments.

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
